DEEP-FREEZING is an industrial technique which involves cooling rapidly and brutally (a few minute to an hour) food by exposing them intensely to temperatures from -30 C to -50 C, until the product core temperature reaches -18 c. Whit this process, the wather contained in the cells is finely crystallized. 

 

Vaccum packaging.

 

Our Fish meats and prepared foods are all individually vacuum packed, that is, they are in a transparent plastic package where air has been remove and subsequebtly sealed. Allow the indoor atmosphere to remain as it is so that food remains fresh. This method is used to  extend the service life, protect the taste and flavor of food. There is no freezing burn on the product for at leas 1 year. No food loss due to mould and bacteria.

Customer satisfaction is always our main objective. We know that buying these products is important and that the average freshness of this product is 12 to 15 months in the freezer. You can then exchange the product for anoyher of equal value under the following condition :

 

— Food storage should always be in the freezer at -18 degrees Celcius.

— The products must be in their original vacuum packaging and frozen.
